A  Our chickens are raised on our own farms using responsible, closely monitored farming practices. With full control over the rearing process, we ensure that every bird meets our high standards for health, nutrition, and hygiene before it even reaches your plate.

A We recommend consuming Zorabian fresh chicken within 1–2 days of delivery for the best taste and quality. Store it in its original vacuum packaging in the coldest part of your refrigerator (between 0°C–4°C).

If you do not plan to cook it immediately, you can freeze it in its original sealed packaging as soon as it is delivered. Properly frozen chicken can be stored for up to 9 months.

A  Odour: Fresh chicken has a very mild scent. If it emits a sour, pungent, or ammonia-like smell, it is likely spoilt.

Colour: Raw chicken should be a healthy pink. If it starts to look dull grey, yellow, or develops greenish tints, it is no longer safe to eat.

Texture: Fresh chicken should feel moist and firm. If the surface has a slimy, sticky film that remains even after rinsing, it is a sign of bacterial growth.

You can thaw chicken safely in three ways: in the refrigerator (slowest but safest, taking 12–48 hours), in cold water (faster, about 1–2 hours per pound, changing water every 30 minutes), or in the microwave (quickest, 5–15 minutes, but cook immediately after). Avoid thawing at room temperature or using hot water, as this can cause bacterial growth and make the chicken unsafe.

You will need to create an account using your contact details to start placing orders. Once registered, you can enter your delivery location from the top left corner by entering your pin code or area name. Once selected, choose your products, add them to your cart and proceed to the payment page. Click on the 'Select Address' button and enter your detailed address followed by your preferred mode of payment. You can also select the date and preferred time slot for delivery.

We offer multiple payment options to make checkout simple and convenient. You can pay using credit or debit card, UPI or our rechargeable Zorabian Wallet for faster checkout on future orders.

We also accept cash on delivery. Simply place your order and pay in cash when it arrives at your door.
